What are your pieces made of?

Every piece is made from a matte mineral-finish composite. It has a soft, stone-like feel and a smooth matte surface that photographs beautifully and feels even better in person.

Are they really made in small batches?

Yes. I design and produce everything in small batches in my studio, and each piece is finished by hand. That means you might notice slight variations in color or texture from one piece to another. I think of that as a signature, not a flaw. No two are exactly alike.

How long does it take to get my order?

All pieces are made to order. Please allow 5 business days for production before your order ships. Once it ships, delivery time depends on where you are in the US, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. To start a return, just email us at hello@zarenstudio.com.

How do I take care of my pieces?

Keep it simple. Dust with a soft, dry cloth and keep pieces away from prolonged direct sunlight and excess moisture. The matte finish is durable for everyday use, but it is still a handcrafted object, so handle it with a little love.

Are your table lamps safe?

Yes, when used as intended. The shades are made from a heat-sensitive material, so always use a low-heat LED bulb. LED bulbs only, please. Never use incandescent or halogen bulbs, and keep the lamp away from flammable materials.

Can the vases hold water?

Our vases are designed as sculptural objects first. They are best styled dry, with dried flowers, branches or stems, or simply on their own. They are not intended to hold water.
