Shipping & Processing

All Zaren Studio products are made to order and personalized exclusively after purchase.
Production may take up to 5 business days, depending on order volume, material availability, and product complexity.
Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Since each item is custom-made and produced specifically after your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference.
Returns or replacements are only offered in cases of manufacturing defects or personalization errors, and must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Copyright & Print Licensing

Prints used on Zaren Studio products are selected through a careful and intentional creative process:

• Some designs are original creations developed by Zaren Studio, often supported by artificial intelligence tools.

• Others are sourced with proper commercial-use licenses, which authorize reproduction on physical goods.

This ensures authenticity, legal compliance, and respect for intellectual property in every product.

Important Information

• Orders are confirmed after payment is completed.

• For products that include custom images or personal content from the customer, files must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.

• If no file is received within this timeframe, Zaren Studio will proceed with a default design alternative based on the product’s theme, and no cancellations or refunds will be accepted after that point.

• Once personalization or production has started, no design changes can be made.

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information.

• If a package is returned due to delivery issues or address errors, reshipping will only occur after an additional shipping fee is paid.

• Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or handmade printing processes.
